One of my proudest achievements was leading a four man team to double annual revenue to £2.25 million two years running. How you ask? By optimising resources and keeping our focus on delivering personalised customer experiences, fostering a strong bond with clients guaranteeing repeat custom. And of course by treating my team like a small business would : with kindness, compassion and a shared vision.
