1. Scope of Services
Services provided by Blue Poles Consulting are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client and may include—but are not limited to—retail strategy development, sales and merchandising analysis, operational improvement, and staff training. All services will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before commencement.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely access to necessary information, personnel, and resources.
- Communicate clearly and promptly throughout the engagement.
- Make payments according to the agreed-upon terms.
Failure to provide requested information or cooperation may impact project timelines and outcomes.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
- Fees are outlined in advance and may be based on hourly, daily, or project rates to be paid in advance.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients may cancel or reschedule a session or project with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked session or service.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations are billed in full.
- The consultant reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice as possible.
5. Confidentiality
All client information, business data, and proprietary materials shared with the consultant will remain strictly confidential unless required by law. The consultant agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or use any confidential information outside the scope of the engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
The consultant provides services in good faith based on professional expertise. However:
- No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.
- The consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of consulting services.
- Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice. In the event of early termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
This policy and any disputes related to services rendered are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom
9. Amendments
This policy may be updated or amended from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes prior to implementation.
By engaging the services of Blue Poles Consulting, clients agree to the terms outlined above.
